The extremely expected 5th generation iPad from Apple is supposed to make debut in coming March 2013, according to the latest rumor. Apple is reported to be arranging to introduce a thinner and lighter model of the next-gen iPad with 9.7-inch screen.

According to the Japanese Apple-blog Macotakara, the 5th-generation iPad will have a same design feature to the iPad Mini and will be lighter and slimmer. The report seems to hint that the next iPad will be pettier than the existing iPad’s model by 4mm in height, 17mm in width and depth 2mm. The next iPad would be nearly as slim as the existing model of the 7-inch iPad Mini which have only 7.2mm thickness.

A March 2013 launch schedule for next iPad would be approximately 5 months after the existing iPad’s launch. This appears forceful by Apple’s previous iPad launch outline, but the immediate succession of the 3rd-gen iPad to the 4th-gen ipad, together with the latest release of the iPad mini, explains that Apple is forwarding quicker than ever in the tablet market.
