Archos releases 97 Titanium HD Android 4.1 Jelly Bean tablet with Retina Display-like resolution

Archos, a French consumer electronics company, has released a new Android 4.1 Jelly Bean powered tablet named Archos 97 Titanium HD. The tablet includes a 9.7-inch IPS display with a very-high screen resolution of 2048X1536 pixels – similar to the new Apple iPad. So we could declare the 97 Titanium HD has a retina display-like feature.

The Archos 97 Titanium HD will work by a 1.6GHz ARM Cortex-A9 dual-core CPU and ARM Mali 400 GPU. The tablet as well includes a 1GB RAM and 8GB of internal memory with a microSD card slot for additional storage. The new tablet runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and has a 5-Megapixel back camera with auto-focus with a 2-Megapixel front camera for the trouble-free video conference.
